I saw this KDS. Why are Canadian dump trucks hitting bridges all the damn time? Just a few weeks ago on yik yak everyone was like "what was that noise it sounded like a building collapse" ...it was a dump truck hitting a bridge on QC Highway 5 in Gatineau. Good gracious.

I know that Montreal is predominantly French speaking but is also the most bilingual area in Quebec and so I would of expected a police officer to speak better English than that.
Do many police officers speak broken English like this?
The trailer almost certainly would of had to of been raised a little for it to hit the footpath that high off the roadway.
